Our History

In 1987, Mark Hebert established a residential building company in Minnesota, specializing in residential construction. Mark has built in Eden Prairie, West Bloomington, Eagan, Lakeville & Apple Valley. Prior to 1987, Mark was building single family custom homes and commercial projects including office buildings, warehouses, retail shopping centers, and restaurants in Arizona. He brings this extensive construction experience to each and every home he builds.

Mark's approach to homebuilding has been to treat every home as though he was building for himself. The company's attention to detail, quality, design, and structural integrity has enabled the company to rise to the top in custom residential construction. Mark has surrounded the company with a core of highly skilled subcontractors who have worked for Hebert Homes for years, thereby affording the company the luxury of being cost effective, quality conscious and scheduling responsive.

For the last eleven years Hebert Homes have been focusing their building efforts South of the River, primarily in Eagan, Apple Valley & Lakeville.
