Dear Sue and Mark:

Dave and I were measuring the area for the deck and the patio this week and talking about how fast time has gone. It has been almost a year since we found you and started the building process. I am long overdue in writing to you – to say thanks!

We were so lucky to be referred to you. We love our home, our lot and our neighbors (wild and crazy as they are)! We appreciated the quality of the workmanship you provided and your willingness to consider our wishes and to work them into the plan. You are totally awesome!

Most of all, the team that the two of you offer is unsurpassed by any other builder. Sue, you are truly gifted in design from both a practical – but classic approach. The standard features you offer are considered upgrades in other homes. By the way – we went through some of the new construction in the Parade of Homes. Dave wanted ideas for finishing the basement. We were thinking that our house should have been shown, as the quality was so much BETTER than the ones we saw.

We want to thank you for our lovely home. The Marcotts were outstanding and the other subcontractors we met with were so accommodating.

Dear Sue and Mark,

We want to let you know we truly enjoyed working with you to build our home. The house is every thing we hoped it would be. You deliver a great product at a fair price and on schedule.

The quality that you have built into our home shows in many ways. The layout is perfect for entertaining. We've received many compliments on the floor plan, quality of the woodwork and the beauty of the cabinets. We have also found the house to be very cost effective. Although this house is over one-third larger than our last home, our utility bills are nearly the same.

I want to share a quick story that I think demonstrates the quality of your work. On our first cool day last fall, the furnace did not start. We contacted the sub-contractor that evening around dinner time. Over the phone, he asked who built the home. He arrived within the hour only to discover that a gas valve had not been turned on. As he was leaving, he told us that with any other builder he would have advised us to use the fireplace for the night and he would have come the next morning. Because it was a Herbert home he came that night. He told us that Mark builds the best homes in the area and he demands the best service from all his subs.

I would also like to say thank you for addressing the issues we have had after the closing. As we have heard from friends who have chosen other builders, not all contractors care about their customers once the home is sold.

We appreciate all you have done to make this process easier. We would recommend you to our ftiends.

To Prospective Hebert Home Buyer:
Building a new home is never easy, but building with Mark Hebert was a terrific experience. Everyone from the subcontractors to owner Mark Hebert was not only professional but efficient. I'd heard horror stories about builders who never return phone calls. There wasn't a time when Mark or his associates couldn't be reached to answer any of our questions. Even after the house was complete, Mark was there to help us in whatever way he could. This isn't a company that just builds houses, this is a company that builds relationships. Dear Mark and Sue,

We just wanted to thank you both for the wonderful building experience we got working with the two of you this past spring and summer. We had always heard conflicting stories on what it was like to build a new home, so we were thrilled to have our experience with you turn out so well. As a thank you for our house, we thought we would give you a testimonial letter.

We began thinking about moving out of our town home around the beginning of the year. We started by touring quite a few homes on the spring Parade of Homes. That gave us a good foundation for what we were looking for. Since we have lived in Eagan the past six years, we were really eager to stay in Eagan. We then began looking at the available models in Eagan and that is when we came across our first Hebert and Associates home. The second we walked in we loved it! The craftsmanship seemed outstanding and the layout was exactly what we were looking for. The only problem was the house we were looking at had already been sold. Sensing our disappointment, Sue immediately told us about a similar house they were building just down the street. We took the plans home and poured over them for the next couple days. We then concluded we wanted to meet with the builder (Mark) to further discuss the house, so we set up an appointment that same week.

From the start, the Hebert's were very easy to work with. Since we were able to get in on the house from the start, we were able to do more than we ever thought we would. The Hebert's eagerly accommodated our suggested changes to the plans and worked closely with us every step along the way. Whenever we had a question or concern, both Mark and Sue were great. If they were not available that moment, they always got back to us within 24 hours. It was a very easy process the whole way through.

We have now been in our house for almost three months and we absolutely love it. We highly recommend Hebert and Associates.
