At Hebert Homes we know the value of a team. A team approach is used to make sure that all aspects of each home we build, are covered thoroughly and efficiently. Thorough preparation, proper planning, good coordination and clear communication are the keys to a wonderful experience for each customer. This approach to home building is a tremendous asset as it ensures your new home has been carefully supervised and the finished product is one we are proud to deliver.

The Hebert Team is comprised of Mark Hebert, Sue Hebert, Sheryl Petrashek and several Sub-contractors who have worked together with us for the past 20 years.

Mark Hebert personally meets each and every potential customer and remains closely involved throughout the building process. Mark personally supervises all aspects of the construction process from the initial design to the closing of your home. Mark's "Hands On" approach minimizes misunderstandings and problems. The best way to fix a problem is to catch it before it starts, and this is where Mark excels.

Sue Hebert oversees all Sales, Marketing and Administration operations. Sue is a valuable contributor from the initial design process to the completion of your new home. Sue works with Mark to ensure that before you move into your new home it has passed the "Hebert Test". In addition, Sue has been a licensed real estate agent for 12 years and she supervises all Sales and Marketing activities.

Sheryl Petrashek is a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Results and is proud to represent Hebert Homes. Sheryl listens to each customer's unique needs and desires, then strives to help them select the best homesite, home-style and additional features for their new home. Sheryl provides clear communication, guidance throughout the entire process and outstanding availability.

Our Sub-contractors are a very important part of the Hebert Team The longevity of our working relationship means they are very familiar with our standards and the quality of work we expect. Our sub-contractors are valued contributors to our homebuilding process. They bring their craftsmanship and skills to each home they build. It is hard for a problem to slip past so many well-trained, watchful and caring eyes. However, if something does arise, Hebert Homes has a wide variety of backgrounds and skills to draw from to correct the situation in the best possible manner.
